Stars n' Stripes Nail Decals-Waterslides Review
Used the star decals for the 4th of July and it was so easy to apply. They are like temporary tattoos but stay put permanently without a top coat. You cut which decal you want out, soak in water for 35 sec., slide the decal off the paper and place on your nail where you want it. Looks great, you can't see the clear film that the decal sits on that goes on your nail. People gave me tons of compliments on how pretty they looked.
