Yet, I would advise this for a very light skin person, now understand I'm white and I don't tan, but this color does look very off on my nails like, the blinding neon brightness of the color just sort of make my hands look like dirt lol. It's weird, maybe its just my skin tone, because I do seriously love the color, I just wish it looked good on me.

Goes on clean and dries really fast. Has a matte finish, but that's easily fixed with a top coat! VERY vibrant color. Wonderful purchase. I love it!
