Review of Pro Fx Salon Size Complete 3 - Top Coat, Base Coat, Nail
I was recommended this buy a coworker after a long search for a good top coat. I used it as a base coat, then as a top coat and it has worked great! I'm so happy that I found this! No chipping, strong feeling nails, highly recommend!
