Be careful when ordering this item. I thought it was a regular base coat but it is for ACRYLIC nails, therefore WHITE vs clear. I haven't tried it yet, but oops!

It goes on as a white-ish color (could almost be worn by itself) which helps make the color you apply over it appear more vibrant. It didn't seem to make the polish last any longer though.

Works well and covers up nail polish colors when used on top of them--how much can you SAY about clear coat anyways????

Love it, makes my nails super strong. My nails don't split or break like they normally do. I can never find this in the stores where I live so I love the fact that its so easy to get here.

I have used the OPI Base Coat product for years, and I cannot express enough how wonderful it is. It's a complete necessity for anyone doing their own manis and pedis at home. Better than any other base coat product I've ever used.

What I love:

-The white base coat ensures you'll get the "true" color of your nail polish. If you use a clear base coat, it can distort the color some.

-Dries quickly so you can paint immediately

-Only takes one coat

-Creates a nice base to help you keep the color on your nails for longer and looking nice for longer

-OPI products rock! If you want to get the longest wear out of your polish, you have to spend a little more money to get a quality product, and OPI makes quality products.

I don't have any negatives to discuss! :)
