Fabulous polish, easy to use and very long lasting. You can even paint over it with regular nail polish, and remove it with a non acetone polish remover, and not damage the shellac manicure. GREAT for those who need reinforcement of the nail, but still want to change polish every so often.

I bought this plus the top coat and a pale pink color (Beau). My nails are so fragile and they peel in layers plus I have a verticle split in my thumb that runs well below the quick so I can't even file it short enough to keep from hooking and tearing it on things like fabrics. I used the 3 products and my nails are held together perfectly, I literally have 10 perfect nails even the split one looks good. I would suggest finding a salon that does the CND shellac nails and learn how to do it properly by buffing the nails and using the ScrubFresh cleanser first. I watched utube videos, but didn't learn about all of it until I had it done in a salon. Now my manicure lasts 2 weeks, as did the professional one, even though I have my nails in water a lot. oh yes, on the split nail I use a fiberglass fiber patch to keep it together, I found it at a beauty supply. You also need a uv lamp with this, a single bulb lamp works just fine.

i choose this product from the good reviews i've read before.....i had used it a couple times and lasted like 2 weeks, of course has to be in combination with the top base and the gel polish and of course the uvlight......i had tried with the regular polish in between the base and the top coat and it didnt work.....there is a couple reviews that said that they used the regular polish, but with me, it didnt work...it peeled off right away.....maybe it depend on the brand of the regular polish .....with the cnd gel polish is perfect ....love it
