I have been searching for a good top coat that would protect my nail polish from chipping. After reading the product review, this diamond shield nail polish sounded like it would fit the bill. It did not meet all of my expectations. It gives my nails a great shine but it does not have the protective strength I was looking for. My hands are in and out of water several times a day so my polish will wear down at the tips and I expected the diamond shield to prevent that. But it did not. I suppose I should apply a fresh coat every day to get the expected results...otherwise, I'm still looking for that no chip top coat that I know has got to be out there somewhere.
