There is little to complain about with this product: I do not like the fact that the scraper scratches the image plate (they should change this). An artist plastic palate knife works wonders instead of the scraper. (It actually works better). A small plastic putty knife might work well too. An old debit or credit card works well. Experiment!
Other than that, it takes a little bit of skill. Matt top Coat makes the designs pop.
