I think this is a really great effect from a brand I trust. The matte colors are lovely, but with the London, it really depends on how many layers you put on. It starts as a light gray/silver and gets increasingly dark with each coat. Two coats are about the color in the picture, while three takes you into a darker realm. I'm not complaining about it, I just think it's worth knowing!

This is a gorgeous, gorgeous color. If you are into the sandpaper feel nail polishes, you HAVE to try this. The color is phenomenal! And in sunlight it sparkles and is just fairy-tale like!
