Review of Creative CND Color Additives for Acrylic Powder Gel Shellac 12 Pc

This review is for the additives themselves and how to use them. I purchased them individually in blue, green, pink, yellow, and black. I am not a professional but do enjoy doing my own nails. I have been dealing with Shellac since the beginning of this year and was getting kind of bored of the same colors. (I have about 15 different colors) I especially liked the "ombre" look, so i tried blue and yellowbecause I am not a professional I looked online at some tutorials which helped ALOT. The official videos from CND were confusing to me so I referred to a random person tutorial. First I wiped my toenails with 99% alcohol. Then I used the CND Base Coat, cure for 10 seconds. Next I used the hue Cream Puff by CND, 2 coatscure each coat for 2 minutes then apply Additives with a acrylic brush (they look like makeup brushes), when finished with applying additives put the CND Top Coat directly on top of the Additives and cure for 2 minutes. Wipe with cotton ball dipped in 99% alcohol all nails and voila! Honestly my nails have never looked so good; even when I used to get them done at the salon. They look professionally done. I cannot wait until I have to do my toes again! The nice thing about Shellac is you don't have to redo your toes nearly as often as you would with regular polish. I have called around to different salons and some are not offering this service yet but the ones that are charge anywhere from 15-25 extra to have this done. I highly recommend purchasing the Additives and the Shellac system for that matter, it will broaden your "nail" horizons and save you alot of money!! :-)

My husband bought these for me. I can not tell everyone enough how much I love them! Endless when it comes to color. Use you imagination and create your own design. I too watched videos online to see how these work and that helped a lot.
