I chose this rating because this product is amazing. Origanally i wanted to purchase the elf matte nail polish top coat which was $2.00 but they were out of it and anyway the shipping was $7.00 which is quiet crazy! i was happy to find the MASH Matte Nail Polish Top Coat 15ml for the price (which is a bit expensive for nailpolish, but offordable.) The price might have not been the best but FREE SHIPPING is a YES! BUY THIS PRODUCT ITS AMAZINGGG!!!

This product is awesome. It does exactly what it says it's going to do. I applied it over a regular shiny nail polish and the shine went away. It turned dull and matte. I was also happy that the color of my nail polish came through, only because this top coat has a bit of a color like a milky white and it is also fast drying just as stated. Awesome! Awesome!

i don't think it really works. I was hoping for more of a drastic matte look to contrast my tips. i was trying to do a matte french manicure. where you take a dark colorkeep the tips glossy and matte the rest of the nail. I will try again, i haven't given up hope.
