Best CND Air Dry Top Coat, .5 oz Deals
I use this top coat combined with CND's Stickey base coat and my favorite nail polish. I find that if I start on my thumb, by the time I get to my pinky, the polish is dry! It also adds great shine and helps to smooth out those rough glitter polishes. Another great product from CND.
