I love this product!!! It works both as a top coat on another polish and by its self. If it isnt glowing in the bottle or stopped glowing on your nails just hold it up to a light for 30 seconds, shake it up, and bam!! It glows. It is a nice thin topcoat but not too thin, it is defiantly not chunky and it just barely has a texture on your nails. I over all love it and would buy again. Came early and bottle was fine. Does have a semi strong smell too but i dont mind that, all polishes do. Perfect for halloween!!

had to keep shining light on it to work. it fades in and out. would not recommend or buy again.
