This product by Cover Girl is another of their beautiful sparkly topcoats that you can wear on top of a color or use it on its own (two or three coats) and it is beautiful. I love 'bling' and this is another of Cover Girl's 'bling -e-est"....don't hesitate if you like sparkly!
