I have the Cool Teal as well as the Fun Purple and both go on easily and dry quickly. The dry time depends on how thickly you apply the polish, but even a thick coat only takes 20-30 seconds to dry. I've managed to get our English Bulldog's nails painted and dry in under a minute and we get compliments all the time on how cute she looks with her nails done definitely worth the money!
I only have two complaints: it scrapes off easily and doesn't come in more colors (right now it only comes in four colors).
