The polish went on nice and thick and the color looks good and solid with only one application, but unfortunately the brush is terrible...the bristles do not fan out at all and appear clumped together and I will have to go over my fingers with acetone to get rid of all the blotches of polish that ended up on my skin. :/ I will not be buying this again. It's a shame because the color does look nice otherwise.

The color isn't bad but the square cap is the worst brush I've ever, ever used. It's completely awkward to hold and the brush seems short so you can't so the polish you're applying because the square cap is huge and the brush short. Just really awkward all the way around.

Both are glass fleck shimmer polishes. I have tried layering Midnight Magic over different shades of purple and it looks beautiful no matter what I layer it over. Speaking of purple...the photo of the bottle on here makes it appear that the polish is green...it is not...it is a steely gray purple color. Very similar to Zoya Fei Fei, Sinful Colors Winter Wonder and OPI On Her Majesty's Secret Service. Timeless Rubies is a coppery pinkish color and is also just as beautiful. I love glass fleck polishes. When I am wearing them I find myself staring at my nails lol. Buy these before they are gone...you won't regret it!!

I love this polish! I can see why some might complain about the odd cap and the huge brush but that's what I love about it! I hate little skinny brushes that takes me at least 3 strokes to completely fill my nail bed. This gets it all on one stroke, if most two. The color is vibrant (Vio-last) and stays on the longest of all polish I own! Everyone always compliments my toes and nails when I wear this. Just rub a little bit of petroleum jelly (Alba Unpetroleum) or something along the edges and this will give you a perfect mani/pedi every time.
