Start to Finish by Opi is a quality product, not cheap, but it goes on smooth, is a great base for a nice finish on your polish and then seals up nicely. I'll buy it again! ;)

Not particularly fast drying, but it doesn't bubble, it goes on evenly even though it's thick, and my nails look great! Used with OPI polish.
