Review of SEPHORA by OPI Nail Treatment - Base Coat 0.5 oz
what can i say?! a base coat is a base coat. but i guess with this one, it really does help the nail color stick to your nail. it doesn't stain. or chip. overall, its a good base. but like i said before: a base coat is a base coat. if you have the desire to spend 12dollars on a base coat, then go right ahead. but i don't see it being any different from the drugstore brands.
