Love the color and it dries fast and you only need 2 coats. This is my favorite color in the line.

This is a very shiny royal blue and I always get compliments when I wear it. I really love this shade. I dries quickly to the touch even with multiple coats but will take a couple of hours to completely set. (If you forget while watching tv and fold your hands against your shirt, the polish will pick up the texture but no stains or color transfer.)
