I thought this top coat would make ordinary nail polish look holographic (think of the limited edition China Glaze like the OMG collection) it doesn'tbut it does add a fine pretty light glitter that shines every color of the rainbow.

I was looking for another glitter topcoat, with large red & green glitter I had back in the 90s, but I didn't find it.

What I DID find is the Hologram Topcoat I bought a bottle of this on the same shopping spree in the late '90s. I have long since run out. I had never been able to find either the red & green OR Northern Lights again. *sigh*

So when I found this (again) I was so happy! You bet I ordered it! It is the one polish I've worn that has gotten >>>>>>the
