Discount CND Super Matte Top Coat - 2.3 oz / professional size
This is the worst matte I've ever purchased. I would not recommend or buy this product. It does not matte any polish. All it does is fog up polish n gives it this weird milky lookI have thin, weak nails and this finally allows me to wear polish. I don't like real shiny polish and this tones it down for me. Best top coat I've ever experienced!
