Review of OPI Nail Polish Shatter the Scales E66

Shatter the scales crackles really well. I used it over Number One Nemesis from the same collection and also over Essie Stylenomics (a blackened green). Definitely needs a clear top coat but holds up great.

i love this crackle polish.it shatters way better than the black one and its sparkly. i used this over just spotted the lizard and it looked so great, the dry time is ok but i still used seche vite with it.
