Works great as all three. Great base coat, really does smoothe out nail surface and make a good base for polish. As a top coat, makes polish last longer. I wouldn't use polish without it!

This product shipped quickly and arrived safely. It was exactly what I wanted, and so far, its made my nail polish stay on longer and not chip. Ill use it everytime I paint my nails. I probably should have ordered more :)
