This polish looks like flakes of pastel glitter. It's not gawdy, or cheap looking. It looks great over other colors & can be used year round! Definately not just for Halloween!

I bought this polish in a set with the China Glaze Immortal. I love this because you can put it on top of almost any color. Especially white, it gives it a snow globe effect!

You can put this over any already applied color, it lightens it up and adds a great glitter over it. Put on just a couple coats, it drys quick and SMOOTHLY! Something alot of glitter nail polishes don't. I love this, when i run out I will buy more for sure.
