Looks petty over a light pink enamel as it contains glitters, including little moons in it, hence the name, I presume. On the one hand it is pretty, but like all glitter polishes it is hard to remove, and unfortunately most of those cute little moons contained in bottle, stay stuck to the sides of the bottle. I think I managed to end up with two total on all ten nails. Again, as with all polishes and top coats by this brand, it came with the same strong scent which some may find offensive. All in all it still looked pretty over pink enamel, however, it would have been nicer if I were wearing the moons on my nails instead of looking at them clinging to dear life on the sides of the bottle, but such is life...
