I discovered this brand during a spa visit, and it is the only polish I will ever use, cover, color etc. It was on more than one month! Also, it doesn't turn your nails yellow. Highly recommended!

Learned about this product after a spa visit, had mani-pedi done. To give perspective, the only way I could get nail color to last was by using Nailtiques formula 2 as a base and top coat, and then having to periodically reapply it every day or so to get the nail color to last 10 days or so, upon which time my nails and cuticles were annoying enough that it was time for another manicure! Usually stuck with OPI colors too.

This time, I let the spa apply the Sparitual base and top coat, have used Gold Digger on my hands which is like having pure gold on your fingertips and Can You Dig It on toes, which is like a metallic brown. So my experience so far...

nail colors are RICH and apply very nicely. Granted, metallics tend to apply more evenly but when I tested a nonmetallic color it too imparted a nice velvety coat with 2 layers, no annoying streaks seen.

longevity: so far, I'm impressed. It's day 2 and no chips seen, which come first at the tips of my right fingers (I'm right handed). I swear it's like I'm wearing gold foil on my nails.

I have to say, I am becoming a convert to this brand. Haven't tried to remove them yet, so who knows if it is as difficult as the other review said but hopefully the 100% acetone I normally use will do the trick. They don't have nearly the array of colors as OPI does, but then again I think OPI has too many to begin with. Their neutrals are gorgeous and standard reds/pinks/corals are too. I was SMITTEN by Hyptonic, which is this charcoal metallic gray. Wish they had some funky colors (was in the mood for teal for some reason) but thats what other brands are for.

The caveat here is that not a single nail polish I've ever used in the 25 years I've been painting my nails has ever not chipped within a day for me. Doesn't matter what I use, salon formula or drugstore. I bought Sparitual just because it was vegan; it works just as well as other nail polishes, which means it's very pretty, a good solid color, but chips within a day. I have about 10 of their colors, and I use them exclusively. It isn't hard to get off, either, and it hasn't turned my nails yellow (I've been using Sparitual for about a year). True, they don't have a wide range of colors, but I'm guessing that has something to do with their colors' being vegan.

Particular colors worth mentioning: Hunk of Burnin' Love is a bright but not garish red. Good for winter and summer and when you feel vixenish.

Gold Digger is a nice goldish brown, subtle but dark enough, and not GOLD, if you know what I mean. Good for autumn.

Fall in Love is a rosy brown, darker and good for autumn and when you feel mellow.

Jet Setter is a brown-pink, more pink than brown and pale but not frosty or shimmery. Good for summer and when you feel subdued.

Streetsmart is black. Period. Nice and solid but not SO BLACK that it's horrifically goth. Good for when you feel angsty.

I Feel the Earth Move is a good blackberry color: a dark purple-brown but not overpoweringly so. Good for winter.

My daughter and I love this color. We now have Mother and Daughter favorite nail polish. Don't understand why it is called Thunder Road.
