Cheap Essie Shine-e Polish Refresher .5 oz.
i purchased this refresher (came in a different bottle) and the essie three-way glaze, i assumed i would use this as just a refresher and the 3-way as a top coat after i put polish on but i now use only this! i find this one hardens well and protects the nail color, also adds a very nice shine. with the 3-way glaze i often find indentations and nicks in the polish
