I purchased this polish today and was extremely excited. I bought the polish in the color COMET. The base color is a dark green which at first I was a little hesitant. It required 2 coats of the base and dried pretty quickly. The glitter portion was a little bit harder to apply and can get quite goopey. I only did one coat of the glitter but I think next time I will allow the first coat to dry completely and then apply another to "even" out the sparkles.I also followed up with a clear top coat. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the turn out and am looking forward to other colors like Galatic and Milky Way.

ladies, i see that most of you have complaints about the glitter top coat. i was dismayed, myself, upon applying it for the first time, but i realised it was just too thick, so i whipped out my trusty orly polish thinner and worked with the gel and i now have the hang of it.

keep adding thinner. the glitter collects at the bottom. stir frequently and vigourously. dip and wipe against the neck a few times and the glitter will stick to the inside, then you can get a good amount on the brush.

people ask me if i do my own nails and are shocked when i say that, not only do i do them myself, but that they are my own nails, no fake tips! i get tons of compliments no matter what colour of these polishes i have on. the polish will last 14 days with minor touchups to the base and the tip that wears off, but it doesn't flake or peel and i garden, do dishes and laundry, take care of my 11 pets and 1 husband and i don't act all delicate with my nails. i'm digging in dirt and just going and i've been really happy with these polishes.

don't give up! both full nail and french manicure looks great with these, especially if you happen to have Let's Get Star-Ted by Nicole to add a star or two to each nail.

The color is not the best of the colors. When I first opened my bottle, the dark green polish kept leaking out of the sides and made a mess and continues to leak. I got to at least try out the polish. It dries quick and looks pretty good. Just wish the container was made differently.

I did not purchase this product from Amazon or this seller so this is just a review on the product alone. I purchased the Revlon Moon Candy nail polish in orbit yesterday from a local drug store and I was severely disappointed. On one hand, the base color that you put on first was awesome. It is a very dark purple color and I was pleasantly surprised at how only one coat coated my nails great (usually dark colors require at least 2 coats). I let that dry completely and then applied the glittery top coat and that is where it all fell apart. The top coat is clumpy and so is the glitter. If you try to go over the top coat to separate the glitter or even get a spot you missed, it all turns sticky and leaves very undesirable streaks and missed spots. I was truly hoping that this nail polish would look awesome as I love having the different looking iridescent glitter instead of just the plain old glitter nail and was sadly disappointed. I feel like I have something stuck to my nail and even when dry you can see the clumps and feel it. I wouldn't recommend this product now. If Revlon made the top coat not so clumpy and perhaps the glitter pieces smaller it might work better. I am no nail polish expert but I was disappointed plain and simple.
