Review of [Nubar] T304 Foundation Base Coat

So I'm not kidding; there were really NO CHIPS for 2.5 weeks straight! I used this in conjunction with an Essie polish and Nubar Diamont top coat (the top coat is amazing!). This base coat resulted in a smooth surface, which is miraculous because my nails have recently become very ridged and not smooth at all. I have never seen my nail polish last for more than 5 days without chipping so this was a miracle!

I work in an office so I'm constantly typing, filing, and I also have a habit of washing my hands a lot. Therefore, the fact that this lasted even 3 days without chipping is amazing. PLUS the thing about nubar is that it's free of the three toxic chemicals that many other polishes and base/top coats have. this is a MUST BUY!

I used to be a dedicated CND Stickey Base Coat* user but when my local beauty store stopped carrying it I gave this a try.

I am SO glad I did.

This is the holy grail of base coats. It dries to a tacky finish which will adhere the polish to your nails. Application is a breeze. The formula isn't too thick or watery, just perfect. The brush is medium length which provides a good amount of control. But to be honest I like the CND brush better, no biggie. Nubar's bottle carries 15mL of product while CND carries only 9.8mL. More for less how could you not pass this up.

The real problem with CND sticky is that sometimes your nail polish will just peel off your nails. This is not the case with Nubar's foundation coat. This stuff is stays on your nails until you want to remove it. I have used and abused my nails since I applied this polish last week**. After all of that I just have is a tiny chip on one of my nails.

I could not be happier with this product.

Also, the vendor that sells this on Amazon delivers this securely and quickly! Not to mention that the price is outrageously low.

I bought this after returning from vacation due to the spa used Nubar products on me and I was very happy with the results and then after returning home seeing that it lasted 6 weeks! I was an OPI user and will now use Nubar since it is less toxic.

I can't rave enough about this product, especially when paired with Nubar's top coat. My mani lasted over a week w/out touch ups on my horrible nails. They normally split and break. (It runs in my family no matter what we do.)

This base coat really do keep the nail polish on...for me, three weeks! And protect color polish from staining the nails like none others I've tried. A must is to use Nubar Diamont Seal & Shine Top coat...I put a coat on after doing my manicure and then about 1 to 2 times a week...Best set of base and top coat I've ever tried.
