I purchased the basic kit at a beauty store and just tried it out today. I like it. The designs come out nice and it is super easy to do. Yes, I do think it could be a bit less expensive, but it will be used enough times to get my money's worth. My 11 year old daughter was the first tester and her designs came out nice. I saw the other review about not being able to expand, but it comes with a dvd and a booklet that lists all of the expansion add-ons, including many other designs and polishes. I recommend trying it out for yourself. I think you'll like it.

I initially had problems with the kit not transferring the image well. I contacted customer service and they were very quick to respond and helped to resolve the issue.Best Deals on DivaBasics SmartStart Nail Art Design System Kit
purchased this item about a month ago.I had a similar product a few years ago,it was alot cheaper and I was able to purchase additional paints and plates. Im very disapointed in this product as I cannot add to it and have e-mailed the company several times and have had no response from them. I would NOT RECOMMEND this product to anyone.
