PROS-Very easy to use, dries very fast, product works and looks as described (which is a rarity these days!)
CONS-As can be expected if you do not use a clear top coat, your nails are not soft. They feel quite bumpy from the "moon candy effect". Mine only lasted on my nails for about 2-3 days before I needed to do touch ups. Also, keep in mind that because you have nail polish on one end and moon candy on the other end, you won't have the quantity of the nail polish as you do when buying your standard nail polish.
I still would recommend this and am also considering purchasing other colors. I hope this review helps a little if you are considering purchase.

This was one of those polishes that I saw in the store and immediately had to have it. It was new, it was pretty, it was sparkly and I needed it. The first time I tried it, I loved it. I really did.After using it again... I hated it. Nothing in me wants to use this polish again. I'll use the black because I currently don't have any others, but I hate the glitter part. It was so hard to apply, I had to dab and dab and dab to get enough on for it to even be noticeable. After all that, it was gloopy, thick and stuck up everywhere. I applied two coats of Seche Vite on top and still couldn't get it all down. It was such a pain. And it emptied really quickly. I've only used it twice and the glitter side of the bottle is already a little less than half full.
I will probably use it again, as much as I don't want to, just to empty the bottle. Or I'll find some other use for it. It really isn't the black side, I use it quite a bit. It's the glitter. After one night with it on my nails, I wanted to take it back off. I regretted putting it on instead of something else. I probably won't be buying anymore of the Moon Candy polishes.

Product arrived quickly and I used it the same day I got it. The packaging was well done, the product itself wasn't sealed, I don't know if they are in the store or not and it had black smudges of polish on the outside of the bottle I noticed before I used it. The polish itself is great, dries quick, goes on smooth, and the foiled glitter over top is really pretty and yes it will make your nails feel bumpy. Only complaint I have is my bottle, when I was done, I closed both ends up tight and put it down on my desk... I come back into my room after only going to wash my hands and there was black nail polish everywhere on my desk coming out of the bottle :( I had to clean up my desk and I made sure it was closed tight after cleaning up everything and it was... maybe I got a defective bottle because even though it was sealed tight the polish kept coming out. Would love to have been able to keep it though!
