Reviews of 3D Nail Art Nailart Crystal Bling Rhinestone Manicure Decoration
The wheel was a lot smaller than I expected, no big deal there. The rhinestones are great and so are the colors. The problem is they stuck to the top of the wheel like they were staticy. With that, all my colors get mixed up & it's very annoying.
