Nubar Fire Sparkle has a red, semi sheer, not quite jelly polish base with red micro glitter. Unique because it isn't a China Glaze Ruby Pumps clone like most red micro glitter polishes. Two coats to complete opacity. A good thick clear top coat (such as Seche Vite) really sets this polish off, it adds an incredible depth to the glitter in the polish. Good application, average drying time and wear. If you're a fan of glitter polishes this is a must have!

It looks as if I'm wearing red sparkles over a dark red (nearly black) polish. This effect really makes it stand out! I cannot stop staring at my nails in the light! But whenever I'm indoors it looks like just a dark red polish. I personally love how its a "sleeper" nail polish, but of course if it's made by Nubar it has to stand out!

I do really like the look of this nail polish. It goes on quickly and dries so fast it will blow your mind. The problem with this brand is that is looks REALLY dull and has a very rough texture unless you use their brand of topcoat. (Trust me, I tried other topcoats with lack luster results.) So, if you plan on purchasing this, make sure you get the topcoat as well... other wise you will not be to pleased with your nails.

Like the rest of the colors, this one should be on the top of your list and a must buy. So paint your nails and look cute just like "Dorothy from Wizard of OZ did with her red shoes"...Lol :) . You can dress this up or just wear it as is. Either way this color rocks!

the nail polish does not apply evenly and it chips super easy. this is the 3rd color i've tried from this brand and will not try anymore.
