Reviews of Nail Tattoo Sticker Swirl - black
Doesn't apply well over polish because the design is not a cutout like I wanted. It's one large sheet of sticker paper with the design printed on it, so you have to cut out around the design, and then cover your nail with the sticker. It blends well on my natural nail, but doesn't look good over polish.
