It does what is is supposed to do--as far as I can tell. I'm just getting into nail art and this is currently a must have for me, mainly because I am still learning patience. Uhm... Even though it dries the top making you able to put on certain 'art\ pieces more quickly, it's not going to make the actual polish any more sturdy than about ten minutes of drying. It merely does the tippy top so you can do a bit more a bit earlier. Perfect top coat! It dries very quickly over wet polish! Very strong protecting polish. Renews any polish to a just polished shine! I keep two of them,in case I misplace one!
